3. What cookies do we use?

a. Strictly necessary cookies
Essential to the operation of the site, they enable:

  • Secure access to certain functions

  • Remember your privacy settings,

  • The proper technical functioning of the site.

    Legal basis:     legitimate interest or contractual necessity.
    Duration:     limited to the session or a few hours.

b. Performance and analysis cookies
Enable us to measure the number of visitors to and use of the site in order to improve its content.

  • Tool used: Google Analytics (with IP address activated anonymously).

  • Retention period: 13 months maximum on your terminal; aggregated statistical data retained for 25 months.

  • Legal basis: your consent.

c. Advertising and personalization cookies
Used to display ads tailored to your interests and measure their effectiveness.

  • Google Ads (conversion): 90 days

  • Google Ads (remarketing): 13 months

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram): 3 months (fbp, fbc, fr)

    Legal basis:     your explicit consent No advertising cookies are placed without your prior consent.

d. Tag management
We use Google Tag Manager to manage our tags. This tool does not set any cookies of its own and does not collect any personal data.

4. Proof of consent

Your choices regarding cookies are recorded and kept for a period of 6 months so that you can justify them in the event of a control (CNIL or other competent authority).

5.Managing your preferences

On your first visit, a cookies banner is displayed to collect your choices:

  • Refuse everything

  • Customize my choices by category

    No non-essential cookies are activated without consent.
    ‍You can change your preferences at any time via the "Manage my cookies" link available at the bottom of every page.

7.Data transfer outside the EU

Cookies deposited by Google and Meta may involve the transfer of data to the United States. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, guaranteeing an adequate level of protection.

In accordance with the RGPD, you have the rights of access, rectification, opposition, limitation and deletion on your personal data.
